National Apprenticeship Week takes place between the 4th and 8th of March, celebrating the impact of apprenticeships on individuals, employers and the economy.
Weber Shandwick in Scotland has run a highly successful apprenticeship scheme for the last three years, which has been pivotal in bringing fresh ideas and approaches to our business.
This year we set our Early Careers entrants the challenge of answering a number of hypothetical marketing challenges in Scotland, and we’re delighted with the levels of interest, as we look to bring in new faces in 2019.
We’re celebrating National Apprenticeship Week by speaking to some of our apprentices and graduates of the initiative from previous years.
Each day we will profile a new member of the team, and they will look at their careers, their ambitions, their motivations and what’s led them to work at Weber Shandwick.
